I want therapy, but I can’t afford it. What can I do?

If you are a student, refugee, unemployed or on a low income, feel free to contact me to request a price adjustment for therapy or counseling. Just make sure you have adequate proof of income for our first session. Therapy every 2nd week is also possible in some cases. This reduces the financial burden and is often better than not getting therapy at all.

Remember that if you have a psychological diagnosis, therapy may be covered if you have private insurance. In this case, please contact your insurance beforehand to find out their conditions for reimbursement.
