Fees covered by health insurance

If you have supplementary insurance or private insurance, your insurance company may reimburse the costs of the therapy. Ask your insurance company about the reimbursement conditions for “alternative practitioners for psychotherapy” (in Germany). Please note that this only applies to individual therapy with a psychological diagnosis. Individual counseling or couples therapy is not covered by statutory or private health insurance.

Cancellation policy

All sessions can be canceled or postponed 48 hours before the appointment without charge. Cancellations can be made directly via the booking system (log in). If an appointment is canceled after the 48-hour window, the session will be charged in full and no refund will be given.
