Cancellation policy
The services on this page are exclusively counseling or therapy sessions, which are to be seen as individual services. The contract between the provider and the client is then considered to have been fully performed at the end of each session booked, as long as it has been provided to the full extent agreed upon. By agreeing to the GTC, the client then waives the right of withdrawal after having received the full service from the provider.
However, it is possible to cancel the booked appointment as long as the appointment is cancelled 48 hrs before the agreed time slot. For this purpose, the booking system of the website should be used or a simple informal e-mail with the cancellation should be sent to info@santiagocelorio.com (with the name of the client, date and time of the appointment to be cancelled).
Right of withdrawal
§ 356 para. 4 Sentence 1 BGB
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the provider has provided the service in full and has only begun to perform the service after the consumer has given his express consent to this and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he shall lose his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the provider.
